Shahjalal Masjid & Islamic Cultural Centre is a welcoming space dedicated to worship, education and community support in the heart of Croydon. We aim to foster a deep connection to Islamic values through knowledge, brotherhood and service — for every generation.

Visiting the masjid
Visitors of all faiths are welcome. Please call ahead so we can arrange a time and someone to show you around.
A few things that help
- Please remove your shoes before entering the prayer hall.
- Wear modest, loose clothing; women may wish to bring a scarf.
- Visiting between prayer times is easiest — see today’s prayer times.
- Ask anyone if you are unsure. We are happy to answer questions.
